- What does fixed scope mean exactly?
- You get a written proposal before we start: exact deliverables, timeline, and price. That number doesn't change. If scope changes, we agree on it together before any extra work begins.
- Who owns the code and IP when you're done?
- You do. Full source code, documentation, and IP transfer on delivery. No licensing fees, no lock-in. Everything we build is yours to deploy, extend, or hand to another team.
- How do you handle pricing?
- Every project is scoped individually. Tell us what you need on the discovery call and we'll come back within 48 hours with a written proposal and an exact number. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers.
- I'm not technical. Can I still work with you?
- Yes, and most of our clients aren't. You describe the outcome you want and we translate it into a system. We write documentation your team can understand and walk you through everything on handover.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Most automation projects run 2 to 6 weeks. Agentic pipelines and SaaS builds typically run 6 to 12 weeks. You'll have a firm timeline in the proposal before we start.
- Do you offer support after delivery?
- Yes. We offer optional monthly retainers for maintenance and new features after handover. No pressure though. Plenty of clients take the codebase and run it themselves.
